Artists and designers tend to have great eyes for detail, color, and composition. It’s that sense of style and taste that allows them to create the beautiful works of art, design, and architecture that they do.
Some designs are so bad, however, that it appears they were created by designers with both eyes closed. Some of the monstrosities out there being passed off as beautiful or clever designs when they are anything but, truly boggle the mind.
Why these “designers” are working in the field of making things that look good and not churning meat down at the hot dog factory is anyone’s guess.
Luckily, the Instagram account @UglyDesign is around to showcase the most eye-bleedingly bad designs out there. Here are some of the best (or worst).
